Software built around your business

Software that makes your business easier to run.

We build software, automation and digital systems around real business processes — from customer loyalty and complex billing to custom internal tools and growth campaigns.

Two products already built for problems most software gets wrong — loyalty that connects to the sale, and billing that follows real operations.

Why it matters

Your business shouldn't have to adapt to bad software.

Many businesses still rely on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, repetitive administration and software that doesn't match the way they actually work.

We design systems around the business first — then use technology to remove unnecessary work, connect processes and give teams better control.

  • Save time

Automate repetitive work and reduce administration. Let people focus on decisions, not data entry.

  • Reduce mistakes

Replace manual data entry and disconnected spreadsheets with structured processes and a single source of truth.

  • Gain control

See the information that matters — customers, operations, billing, performance and activity — in one place.

Standardized products

Ready-made foundations for complex business problems

Some problems appear again and again across businesses. We have developed dedicated platforms for two of them.

Product — Operational Billing

When billing is more complicated than sending the same invoice every month.

Built for companies whose invoices depend on real operations — customer locations, equipment, quantities, deliveries, services, visits, contracts or changing prices.

Instead of manually calculating what each customer should be charged, the platform uses your operational data and commercial agreements to prepare accurate, reviewable billing.

  • Customers and multiple locations
  • Products, services and equipment
  • Contract-based pricing
  • Historical quantity tracking
  • Automated billing calculations
  • Billing periods & invoice preparation
  • Clear calculation history & audit trail

How operational billing works

Your team records what happened.
The system works out what should be billed.

Most invoicing tools start from an invoice and ask you to fill it in. This starts from what actually happened during the period, applies the commercial terms you already agreed, and hands your team a calculation to review.

  1. Step 1

    What your team records

    • Customer locations
    • Quantities and readings
    • Deliveries and services
    • Visits and equipment

Normal day-to-day work — no extra admin.

  2. Step 2

    What the system applies

    • Contract pricing per customer
    • Price changes over time
    • Billing period rules
    • Historical quantities

The part that usually lives in someone's spreadsheet.

  3. Step 3

    What comes out

    • Line-by-line calculation
    • Every figure traceable to its record
    • Ready to approve
    • eInvoice-ready output

Reviewed by a person before anything is sent.

Diagram: operational records your team already keeps feed into contract pricing rules applied by the system, which produces a reviewable, traceable invoice calculation.

No step asks anyone to rebuild the calculation by hand.

Custom software

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit

Every business develops its own processes over time. Sometimes existing software can support them. Sometimes it forces workarounds, spreadsheets and repetitive manual tasks.

We build custom software around the way your company actually operates — not the other way around.

We replace repetitive processes and disconnected tools with one system built around your workflow.

Automation

Automate the work that shouldn't require a person

If someone on your team repeatedly moves information between systems, prepares the same documents, sends the same notifications or performs the same administrative steps, there is usually an opportunity to automate it.

Keep people focused on decisions. Let software handle repetition.

Automatic reports

Delivered when you need them, not when someone remembers.

Document generation

Invoices, contracts, and notifications without manual assembly.

Data transfer

Keep CRM, billing, and operations in sync automatically.

Lead & payment workflows

From enquiry to follow-up — no lead left behind.

How we work

From business problem to working solution

We understand the process before we build the software. That is a stronger differentiator than talking about programming languages.

01

Understand

We first understand how your business currently works, where time is being lost and what needs to improve.

02

Design

We turn the process into a clear solution with defined workflows, responsibilities and priorities.

03

Build

We develop the system in manageable stages, with regular feedback instead of disappearing for months.

04

Improve

After launch, the software continues evolving as the business changes. No lock-in to a first version.

Proof

Software solving real business problems

Every project starts with a process that wasn't working. Here is the problem, what we built, and what changed.

Hospitality · Loyalty

From punch cards to connected loyalty

The problem

Reward tracking was manual and disconnected from point-of-sale. No view of who was a regular, no way to run targeted campaigns.

The solution

Customers identify themselves directly at the POS, earn rewards automatically and see membership progress from their phone, while staff manage the program centrally.

The result

Repeat visits up, staff time down, and every transaction tied to a customer profile for future offers.

Operations · Billing

From Excel rebuilds to structured billing

Before

Billing required manually combining customer contracts, locations and operational records every month — days of spreadsheet work.

After

A structured workflow where charges are calculated from underlying business activity, with clear history and review before invoicing.

Impact

From operations to invoice without rebuilding the calculation each month. Croatian eInvoice-ready, with audit trail.

Growth

Build the system. Then bring customers to it.

Good software improves how a business operates. Good marketing helps more customers find it. We also help businesses grow their online visibility through focused Google Ads and SEO campaigns.

Google Ads

Reach customers already searching for what you offer, with campaigns focused on measurable enquiries and sales rather than clicks alone.

  • Search campaigns that match buyer intent
  • Conversion tracking, not vanity metrics
  • Focused on commercial outcomes

We understand business systems, not only programming.

  1. Built around the business

Behind the scenes the software handles complex rules while keeping the experience simple for your team.

  4. One partner across operations and growth

Improve how the business runs and how customers find it — without juggling five agencies.

  5. Products built from real problems

Standardized platforms for loyalty and billing prove we don't start every project from zero.

Questions we get asked

The things people ask before they start

If your question is not here, ask it directly — a straight answer costs you nothing.

We do not have a technical specification. Can we still talk to you?

Yes, and most people do not have one. Start with the problem: what takes too long, where the same work gets repeated, what breaks when someone is on holiday. Turning that into a specification is part of our job, not a prerequisite for calling us.

Will we have to change how we work?

Not fundamentally. The point of building software around a business is that the business keeps its process and loses the manual parts of it. Where we do suggest a change, it is because the current step exists to work around a tool rather than to serve a customer — and we will say why.

We already have accounting software and a POS. Do we have to replace them?

No. Replacing working systems is usually the most expensive way to fix a problem. More often we connect what you already run so the data moves between them automatically, and build only the part that is genuinely missing.

How do you actually run a project?

Four stages: understand how the business works today, design the solution as concrete workflows and priorities, build in stages you can see and use, then keep improving after launch. You get working software to react to early rather than a demo after six months of silence.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, which is why we scope before we quote. We would rather define a first stage that solves one painful thing and prove the value there than quote a large number against a vague brief. If your budget and the problem do not match, we will tell you early.

How long does it take?

Longer than a template site and shorter than a rebuild of your whole operation. The honest answer depends on how many processes are involved and how clean your existing data is — both of which we assess before committing to a timeline rather than guessing at the first meeting.

What happens after it launches?

The system keeps changing, because your business does. Nothing is locked to a first version. We agree what ongoing support looks like up front so it is not an awkward conversation later.

Are we too small for this?

If people in your company are spending hours on work that a system could do, the size of the company is not the deciding factor — the size of the repeated task is. If a project would not pay for itself, that is worth finding out in a conversation rather than after an invoice.

Tell us what you want to improve.

You don't need a technical specification. Tell us how your business currently works, what takes too much time or what you want to improve, and we'll help determine whether software, automation or digital marketing is the right solution.

Not sure what the solution should look like? That's fine. Start with the problem.
