Can you connect our ERP to an existing application?
Yes, where both systems support the required data exchange. We define the records, transfer direction, field mapping and exception handling. A connection can use an API or another supplier-supported interface.
Can you automate e-invoicing across different markets?
We build the integration for the provider and workflow your business uses. Regional projects can include Serbia's SEF and Croatian providers such as Moj-eRačun (mer) or ePoslovanje. Other markets are assessed individually; access and supported operations determine the scope.
Can you build a custom Minimax integration?
Yes. We have experience with Minimax integrations. For your project, we check access and the records you want to exchange, such as customers, products or invoices. We agree on transfer directions and operations supported by the API.
What if our system does not have an API?
We check for another supported exchange method, such as file imports and exports or approved data access. If the system has no suitable interface, we agree a narrower scope or an alternative its supplier permits.
Do we need to replace our ERP, accounting system or POS?
No, when the existing system does its job and supports the required exchange. A connector links the tools you already use. We suggest a new application when a business workflow is missing from those tools.
Can you deliver integrations for US, EU and other international businesses?
Yes. We take on integration projects remotely for businesses in the EU, the US and worldwide, including Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Connections are adapted to your supplier, available access and requirements.
How is an integration priced?
After the first conversation, we review the systems, records and operations you need. We reply with a cost estimate, an estimated timeline and any further questions. The proposal states development and maintenance costs, including adjustments when existing APIs change. New features are agreed and charged separately.
