Do you develop for both iOS and Android?
Yes. Novero develops for iOS and Android. The approach depends on features, devices and the business workflow. Supported platforms, versions and device testing are agreed before development.
Who publishes and maintains the application?
The project agreement covers publishing accounts, store materials and review responsibilities, and access to the published app. Maintenance should cover fixes and changes to platforms and existing integrations. New features are scoped separately.
Is a mobile app better than a web application?
It depends on usage. A browser-based application can be a sufficient starting point for administration and record viewing. Consider a mobile app when frequent use, device features or app-store distribution provide a concrete benefit to the user.
