Data we process

If you submit the contact form, we process your name, company name, email address, project type and message. If you email us directly, we process the information you include in that email.

Hosting and security systems may process basic technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and access time.

Why we use it

We use contact details only to answer your enquiry, decide whether we can help, and prepare a conversation or proposal you requested. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where the data goes

The website does not save form contents in its own database. Vercel hosts the website and runs the contact form. Resend delivers the message to our email inbox. These providers may process technical and delivery records under their policies and data-processing terms.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregate visit data. It does not use cookies or build a profile that follows you across different websites. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing or data sales.

How long we keep data

Messages remain in our email inbox only while needed to answer you, continue a business discussion or meet a legal obligation. We delete them when they are no longer needed.
