Internal systems and CRM
Customers, tasks, sales workflows and business rules currently maintained in spreadsheets. Different teams get access to the records and actions their work needs.
Web applications and business systems
A web application is business software people use in a browser. Novero develops internal tools, customer portals and administration around your workflows, user permissions and existing data. We agree on scope, integrations and rollout before building.

Orders, documents, statuses and requests in one place. Access, approvals and notifications follow the way your organisation works with its customers and partners.
Request processing, content management and operational data. Define where records come from, how they update and how a user recognises something that needs review.
Possible project scope
A customer emails an order. An employee re-enters it into ERP and answers status questions by phone. A possible scope is a portal where the customer submits a request and sees its approved status. The ERP connection is assessed separately against the available access and supported operations.
Review users, workflows and existing systems. The proposal defines features, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
Agree on stages and demonstrations. Your team checks the workflows before using them in everyday work.
Agree on data migration, access, support and maintenance before launch. Further development has a separate scope.

Before the project
Cost depends on workflows, user roles, integrations and the condition of existing data. An estimate starts with the main process and the systems you use. The proposal separates the first version, additional features and maintenance so you can assess the full scope.
A website primarily presents content and an offer. A web application lets people work with data: placing an order, approving a document, managing customers or viewing records available to their role. A project can include both public content and an application behind a login.
Yes, if it supports the necessary data exchange. Before a proposal, we check the API, test environment, permissions and records that need to move. Without an API, we assess another exchange method the supplier supports.
The interface can adapt to smaller screens and touch input. If the workflow requires camera access, notifications or offline operation, we assess those requirements first and compare them with building a separate mobile app.
Tell us who uses it, what slows the work down and which systems need to connect. That gives us a starting point for the next step.
