When does custom software make sense?

When an important process has its own rules, off-the-shelf software requires too many workarounds, or manual work creates errors and delays.

Can you connect the systems we already use?

Yes. We often build the missing connection between an existing ERP, accounting system, POS, mobile application or external platform.

Can you extend an existing internal system?

Yes. After reviewing the process and the system's condition, we can continue development, connect it with other tools or replace only the part causing the problem.

Do we need a finished specification?

No. It is enough to explain how the process works today, who is involved and where problems arise.

How do we agree on what the project includes?

After the first conversation, we review your requirements and existing systems. We propose features, integration options, a cost estimate and an estimated timeline. Before development, we agree on the build and its maintenance.

What does maintenance and support include?

Hosting, bug fixes, updates, staff assistance and adjustments to existing integrations when a supplier changes its API. New features and system extensions are agreed and charged separately.

Can you develop an integration for any POS supplier?

Yes, if its POS supports integration and the supplier provides the required access. We are not limited to one supplier or country. We build a custom connector through an API or another supported data exchange method; features depend on the data and operations the POS allows.

Do you develop software for Serbia, Croatia and global clients?

Yes. We accept projects from the EU, the US and worldwide, including Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, with remote collaboration. Design, languages, currencies, features and integrations are adapted to your requirements and the capabilities of connected systems.
